This year, the Generali Tranquilidade D’Ouro Run Half Marathon Gondomar joins the global movement The Human Safety Net Portugal, a solidarity initiative promoted by Generali Tranquilidade, which supports families with children aged 0 to 6 living in vulnerable situations in our country.

By registering, you can join this cause by making an optional donation, in any amount you wish.

All contributions help ensure the family strengthening programme in Portugal, in collaboration with Aldeias de Crianças SOS and EPIS, supported by The Human Safety Net Association.

In Portugal, over 70,000 children and young people live in situations of neglect or domestic violence.

It is urgent to invest in family prevention and preservation.

The main goals of The Human Safety Net are to provide the best family environment for child and youth development, to prevent institutionalisation, and to foster the development and potential of each child.
